Capitalizing on his experience with Asian business development and recruiting in the trading and exchange space, Rob started World Wide Recruiting in 2007. In 2004, Rob joined Global Electronic Trading Company, LLC (GETCO) in Chicago as Senior Vice President of Strategy. For three years, he was accountable for managing the recruiting process for all positions. He also executed on the firm's new Asia office staffing plan.

Previously, Rob was a Trader at First Chicago Capital Markets and a Portfolio Manager at NewArc Investments. He is a graduate of Princeton University and an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.

Brennan Hughes, Partner

Prior to joining World Wide Financial Industry Recruiting Services, Brennan served for 2 years as a Sr. Technical Recruiter and Account Manager for Request Technology. After graduating from the University of Illinois in 2006 with a degree in Tourism Management and a Minor in Business Administration, Brennan explored the realm of Adventure Tourism as a White Water Kayaking guide and Adventure Photographer, yet the allure of business drew him back to Chicago. His love for the outdoors has led him into endurance athletics; he will be competing in his second marathon and the triathlon this summer. Through this, Brennan hopes to continue to raise money and support for Imerman's Angels, a Chicago based charity that he is an active member of.
